Pre-Season Fitness Training | U16 and Older
As of Tuesday 6th June the club will be running fitness training held at the club every Tuesday and Thursday 8 – 9pm for the whole of June in preparation for preseason training starting on the 4th July. This is open to all club members from the Men’s and Ladies teams and from Age Under 16 and up. The training sessions will be run by our resident PT’s Craig Coggle and Oli Finn and will be purely focused on fitness, strength and conditioning.
Please note the clubhouse will be open on Thursday after training but not on Tuesday so come prepared with a drink. Please also note that this is free to attend and is for club members only, so come down, get fitter and enjoy being ahead of the competition before pre season begins!!
