Club Membership
Club Membership is now handled by the RFU Game Management System (GMS). This enables parents to log in and update contact details, medical information and RFU registration. It also means the club can move forward and be faster and more efficient at dealing with player requests and issues.
For 2025/6, we’re also using an app called Teamo for player management and membership payments – this will make our tracking of attendance to training, communicating to players/parents and match organisation manageable for such a large club.
Prices for 2025/26 are 170 GBP per year for a junior and 260 GBP per year for an adult. Following the success of our split payment option in previous years members can pay pver 4 months for Mini and Youth memberships. As a club, we hope this helps with any financial pressures.
If you do need financial support, please do let a club officer know and we can help out with membership.

If you’re new to Ashford Rugby Club, please follow this link to GMS to create your account. Note – if adding a child, you must add an adult on the form at the same time.

How do I sign up?
Follow this link to sign up playing children and their parents/guardians and pay for membership.
What do I need to do after signing up?
Each team has their own training and fixture list inside Teamo. You should respond to any of these with your availability so that coaches know and can also check you off the register on the day.

Membership purchase
In teamo home page click on the user profile at the top left of the page and goto payment. Payment options for 1 or more members/dependents will be displayed.
